Grateful Beans & Leaves and PayPal

PayPal is our ecommerce partner. We chose Grateful Beans & Leaves order processing by PayPal because it is safe, accurate and easy. When you click the add- to- cart button to purchase Grateful Beans & Leaves gourmet products you will then be directed to PayPal's secure website and asked for your credit card and billing information. We at Grateful Beans & Leaves never view this information. PayPal sends us your email address and shipping information so we can fill your order promptly.

If you are already a registered PayPal user, please make sure that your PayPal (not Ebay) customer shipping address information is updated and correct.

Shipping

Our primary carrier is the United States Postal Service. We ship USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 3 to 4 business days for delivery. If expedited shipping is requested we use either the USPS or UPS. For international orders we ship via USPS or UPS.

Important - International Customers

Our shopping cart software does not calculate International shipping costs. Please email sunflower@gratefulbeans.com before placing your order so we can calculate the actual total for your purchase with accurate shipping costs. Thank you.

Returns

Any product or merchandise can be returned to Grateful Beans & Leaves within 21 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
